Concentrate To Conquer





Winning life is not simple and easy. One require skill to overcome obstacles to reach the winning post of life. What is winning and losing? This is what one should understand.
All that one attempts to attain and gets succeeded , that’s winning. When attempts failed, then, that’s loosing or loser.
The fact is winning or losing is not outside you. It is within you. It is in your conscious. You create the requirement and necessity. It is your Want. It starts from you and your thought.
Thought is the cause of all actions. Actions determines one’s success and failure. The results brings happiness and sorrow.
All humans prefer Happiness and do not want to get attacked by Sorrow which brings pain. Happiness become prime subject in human life.
Where is Happiness ? It is in one’s requirement. If the required subject is attained, the happiness pops up. Truth is , attaining happiness lies in your mind. The process is like this , you see the subject , register in your brain, develop into ‘Want’, attempt to conquer, if succeeded that is joy and happiness. When it is unsuccessful , that brings lots of pain, loss and sorrow.

Think, if you see a subject and you do not let the mind to process further more, or just stop the mind from registering the subject, then , there would not be any further processing or development toward next step of developing anxiety to attain.
This is winning or conquering your thought. Benefit is , you will not unnecessarily run behind your thoughts. You will control and conquer your wandering thoughts.
To conquer wandering mind one requires concentration. Simple method of attaining concentration is Meditation. Learning meditation, will bring down unwanted mind wandering. Meditation is mindfulness. It’s wise to conquer mind and attain happiness.
